| Every September the Port au Port Economic Development Association holds it annual Fall Fair. On display and for sale are garden vegetables, flowers, jam, crafts, and livestock from the area. Pony rides are available for children, for a small charge. It is an event the whole family can enjoy.
The fair opens with judging of entries of vegetables, preserves, and crafts. Ribbons are awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. The fair also has a petting zoo with various animals on show, including
alpacas, sheep, and hens. |
