CERCLE DES MEMORIES MUSEUM

Cercle des Memories (Circle of Memories) Museum opened in July 1, 1996, with the help of l'Heritage de l'ile Rouge, in Mainland. It is located at the Centre Solaire et Communautaire Ste. Anne, in Mainland. Its purpose is to preserve the French Heritage of the communities on the West Coast.

Museum Schedule
Although the Museum is only open during the summer month, anyone who wants to visit the museum can contact the Community Economic Development Officer at the Association regionale de la cote ouest(ARCO).

Museum Collection
Cercle des Memories Museum has a variety of items on display. These items include household and domestic artifacts, which provide some insight into how their French Ancestors lived.

Tea Room and Craft Shop
Cercle des Memories Museum has a Tea Room and an Arts and Craft shop. Both provide a chance to sample the culture of the area. The Tea Room serves traditional French snacks, while the Art and Craft shop provides the opportunity for visitors to see, as well as, buy local crafts.
